Modern theater. Availability of different movie formats, especially IMAX.
The theater is always clean and well maintained. The staff are friendly and polite. I rarely go to any other theater besides Santikos. I do wish you would provide Icee straws, that have little spoons on the end, I have to bring my own. Other then that, I am very pleased with my experience with Santikos and with Palladium especially. Your restrooms are much cleaner then Silverado 16's

I love this theater, it is by far my favorite. Love the leg room and the size of the rooms. Embassy 14 is closer and we visit it quite often but Im always excited to visit the bigger theater, the palladium, with all of its leg room and space between the seats in front of you and behind you. Its always such a great treat to visit!

I love that Santikos is always improving the experience. Updating with new technology, laser projectors, while still providing excellent customer service. I find the Palladium to be an excellent experience movie going experience.

Good afternoon Santikos Management,
I visited the Palladium Imax yesterday with two friends to watch the Furious 7 movie. Let me mention. I live in Austin, TX and I have great high school friend who lives in San Antonio. He is a successful teacher in the San Antonio district who is married with four kids. I'm a 34 year old single man and my friend Anthony and I have been caring a tradition of going to see the Fast and Furious franchise movies.
This was my third time to the Palladium. I first noticed y'all have implemented a valet parking policy which aids the parking situation. My first thought was the popularity of the Palladium is attracting good business and then my next thought is y'all need a parking garage upgrade.
The atmosphere in the entrance is very busy but doesn't make you feel crowded on a Saturday high volume evening. The Imax sound, screen, and seats were wonderful.
But I am not writing to glorify the movie experience or atmosphere. I am here to point out and share what stood out most to me. I received excellent customer service at the Palladium Express Cafe. Specifically from a young lady by the name of Jenna. She was very patient with me in the many questions I kept asking her. I had ordered a chicken quesadilla at 6:52 p.m. before the 7:00 p.m. showtime of Furious 7. I was about to order a bottle water and she kindly suggest I take a free water cup. Then described to me the location of the water and beverage station. I did ask her "Would someone deliver the food into the theater?" She said "Oh no, but I can provide a food tray". Wonderful. As I ordered the quesadilla I asked "How long would that take?" Jenna, without hesitation said "10 minutes sir."
As I came back from the obtaining water she noticed me and immediately spoke with the kitchen staff on the status of my order #26. They confirmed a minute and a half time frame. I say that to say I received my food within the 10 minute determination from her and got seated into the theater while the previews were still going on. (So I did not miss any of the start of film.)
This simple act of good customer service, patience, and kindness will prompt to come back to the Palladium when I'm in San Antonio visiting my friends.
I want to congratulate the staff and training y'all provide and applaud her individual character to pay attention to the customer and keep open communication. I know it is difficult to keep track of all the day to day operations on busy nights. Y'all sure did right on April 11th 2015! Thank you.
