What did you like about your Santikos experience?

This was my first time seeing a movie in the VIP theater and I must say the experience was amazing. I enjoyed the privacy you feel in this theater. The staff is very attentive and did a wonderful job ensuring we had a great experience and had everything we needed. My husband and I will definitely return. Santikos never disappoints. I won’t go to any other theaters.

I reported a problem with exterior bathroom doors. We I returned today, doors were cleaned. Keep up the great work by listening to your guests like me.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

The staff is really friendly, and has great service. Especially in the Mezz! You can tell that the staff upstairs has great chemistry with each other, which welcomes a fun environment. My wife and I had some drinks at the bar, then went off to watch our movie. Our server, Michelle was such a delight! She helped us with anything we needed and brought us our food in a timely matter. I definitely will recommend the Palladium to all my friends, and if they have the option, to go to the Mezz.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I really enjoyed my experience at the Palladium this past Wednesday! I was hesitant on buying the VIP tickets since they're more expensive than normal seats, but it was worth it! Michelle was an amazing server and I really appreciated the great quality of service she provided. The food was great, and so was the movie. I can't wait to be able to try this out again. Thank you Santikos!

Clean, Comfortable, Good selection of Food and snacks. NO Undesirables, Thugs or Gang Members. Staff is Friendly and Helpful. The Rewards is worth it, just wish they offered a card instead of having to give My phone number EVERY Time. Great Venue for The Flickers. Would like to see Older Flickers like the ones other Theaters Promote.

Love the comfort and service of the VIP Theater. Everyone was VERY friendly and helpful. Felt VERY welcomed. Would HIGHLY recommend this experience to anyone who would like a romantic VIP Theater experience !!

The searing was great, had plenty of room and the staff was great and helpful. Roger saw us walking around and quickly offered his services to my girls and myself. He led us in the right direction.

The seating was great and comfortable. Staff and management were great. This theater is always are number one choice even though it’s not near our home.

Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! Movie experience was great and facilities were clean. Mr. Roger Trevino was extremely helpful and kind. He took time to answer all my questions and ensured I had a great experience. Santikos needs additional leaders like him, and I hope that the company pays him what he is worth.

The staff we encountered were very friendly. First time taking our 3 year old to the movies and she enjoyed every minute of it. Will definitely be going back!
