The service is always fast and friendly. Theaters are always clean when we go. The only problem I had was with the last visit we could here the employees constantly opening the door into the theater and it became a bother because instead of getting to be really into the movie every 5 minutes I heard the door open and shut.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

We saw a 5pm showing on July 9th gir our daugjter's birthday. It was easy to purchase tickets in advance. We bought 26 tickets and only had to get a refund for one. Even the refund was easy. The concession staff answered all my questions politely and were patient with us. They assisted in ensuring we got all we needed. The theatre clean up staff was also patient and polite as we waited till the very end of the movie to get a group picture. It was a terrific experience.
