What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I absolutely hate that you now prohibit kids upstairs at Palladium. We always used to arrive an hour or 90 mins early before our movie to go upstairs, sit, and eat, and now we can't. The downstairs is way too crowded for our tastes. It has severely impacted our experience at Santikos Palladium.

The location is close by. Y’all feature a good selection of movies. I appreciate the helpfulness of the ticket takers. They always to give us the best service. The bartenders are nice and friendly.

The place is clean, the snacks aren’t terribly expensive and the kid deal is awesome. The recliner chairs are a huge plus. Not everyone has them and they all seem to work every time I’ve gone. The staff is friendly and I like that they employ people with disabilities for appropriate jobs. I always enjoy talking to them at the entrance. More businesses need to do that. Thanks.
