We had a very minor issue with the timeliness of service for complimentary popcorn in VIP theater. However, Tracy Claypool was very courteous and professional with regard to the delay. We have engaged with her on many occasions and have seen major improvements with hospitality and customer service at the Palladium. This was just a one-off for sure which was remedied by Tracy and most appreciated. Tracy is definitely an asset to Santikos.

Movie was awesome and my server was helpful. She had a great attitude and I enjoyed my overall experience at the Palladium! The name of my server was Michelle.

I like the app but I’m not a fan of the fact you cannot buy two seats when there are three seats available. (Very inconvenient)

Adding food ordering to the app would be a great idea so you don’t have to wait in line.

I love going to the movies at Palladium. The seats are so comfortable and the snack choices are great! I love how big the screen is!

I usually attend the theater by myself and on 6/28 I attended to watch an opening night movie and a young lady operating the concession stand took initiative to help me with my refreshments to the auditorium. I am handicapped and utilize arm cuff crutches so limitations of my arms and hands are not at 100%. Previously, in the past attendance, other Team Member Associates have left me to figure it out on my own. On this 6/29 visit, as I was buying my refreshments I was going to have to see how I was going to be able to manage.....immediately, she stated that she was going to help me with my popcorn and filling of my soda to ensure that I get to the auditorium safely and comfortably for the show!! It really made my day and visit!!

Sat in the VIP section, was first time. Loved the experience and complementary popcorn made up difference in price for ticket. Will definitely be back
