What did you like about your Santikos experience?

This lady named Gene/Jene with white/blonde hair cleaning theatre 16 for the 3:55pm showing of Aladdin on 6/22 helped me find my phone which had slipped out of my pocket to the side of the recliner. She went above & beyond trying to get it & honorably declined a tip. Kudos for her! Thank you so much. She’s one of the reasons I love coming to the Palladium.

Hello I made a complaint just a couple of days ago about a recent bad experience and Edward Cortez contacted me to see what he could do to help me. He did indeed address my concerns very quickly and I am very grateful for that. He has proven that Santikos really does care about its patrons and goes above and beyond to address concerns. Thank you!! Have been a loyal customer for many years and love this company!

It is a nice theater with great seating in the theater we were using. The concession line wasn’t very organized and the drink/butter station was too small but not huge detractors from the overall experience. We did not use the VIP section, bars or restaurants.

Theater is kept clean. There wasn’t long lines for concessions. The employees we interacted with were friendly and helpful.
