Reserved seating. Variety of Drink selection (I drink no sugar and no caffeine). Parking lot well maintained and spacious. Cleanliness throughout. Bathrooms were large and clean. IMAX 3D was awesome! The staff was friendly. The popcorn was fresh and seasoned.

Love the recliners!!! I like that I'm able to purchase my tickets (and reserved seats) online instead of coming in person.

Great venue and always clean

Was not much of a happy camper while trying to purchase tickets online we had to use Fandango as we kept missing out on the seats we were trying to purchase. Seats sold out immediately. Ugh! On missing out on the points as a Santikos Loyalty Rewards customer.
I have a son with a disability, on the autism spectrum, sensory issues and can now tolerate loudness. This outing was part of my Birthday celebration to watch Avengers: Endgame.
The only available screen left was the 3-D at which he missed out as I had tried to place the 3D glasses on which he disliked. We did not want him to have any meltdowns. We did stay as there were 8 of us and did not want to ruin my Birthday outing.
Overall ALL went well, we did enjoy it very much from entering onto the concession stand, seatings we loved so much as well. Thank you!

I liked the reclining seats and movable tray to I could put my keys, phone and wallet on to be more comfortable in my seat. I also liked that the temperature was on the cold side while watching the movie.

I was waiting on my hotdogs before the movie started and one of the managers offered to bring them to my seat when they were ready. That little extra mile goes a long way. It’s because of those small acts of kindness is why I only use Santikos. Community care! Thank you!

Jessica the assistant mgr was amazing. Very helpful and couldn’t be more thankful for her.
We purchased vip tickets on the mobile app however it did not stat it was 18+ so we had bought for our kids. Morning of when seeing the reminder email then did we realize that little factor. So went to palladium and she just blew me away in getting us corrected tickets so we could still watch movie with our kids. Had she not been helpful we wouldn’t have been able to see and that’s a parenting fail. 😅. Anyhow we were able to enjoy the movie. Which it was amazing. So thank you Jessica.
