VIP seating with complimentary popcorn is the best way to watch a movie. So glad you brought back the nice popcorn bowls instead of the boxes. have already recommended it to all my friends. I also like the way I can buy my tickets ahead of time online and with the app. I only wish I could sort by VIP only. I will not see another movie unless it is in a VIP theater. Absolutely a great experience!

I came in to get a cocktail before my movie at the Mezz bar, I have been a few times and noticed something different!
The hospital-bright fluorescent lighting had been dimmed for the upstairs bar, revealing a perfect atmosphere for the bar.
Please do not turn on the fluorescent lighting again, I really enjoyed this change and it seemed to bring a moodier atmosphere that is well fit for a “VIP Bar”

Also Brittany and Madison were amazing as always.

My family and I frequent the Palladium Imax, and we always have a pleasant experience. The seats are very comfortable, and the staff is always helpful and attentive. My only recommendation is you break the mold and start to sell healthy snacks. I think that with so many people trying to live healthier lives it would be great to enjoy a healthy treat while watching a movie. Thank you!
