Everything: the reclining seats, food selection, margaritas, reserved seating, staff are friendly

The only thing I don’t like is out of your control— the parking lot is full on certain nights with all the other activities in the area. The valet parking business is frustrating on those nights because that lot should be available to those who don’t have a problem walking

I like the assigned seating, I like the service, I like how I can buy tickets in advance, I like the bar, I like the food, I like how clean it is . . . But, umm, yeah, movies are fun.

The assistant manager was very welcoming the second I walked into the builder. I didn’t feel like a number to their sales. I felt like a person of value. Definitely coming in again!

I visited your theater recently and purchased way to many items at the concession stand. I was assisted by a young lady named Bernadette. She helped me carry my stuff to my seat. You just don't see people wanting to help out like this anymore these days. Thank you very much!!!

I went to the palladium recently and was super happy at the cleanliness and service of this theater. I was having trouble finding my seat and had an individual named Isaiah helped me and my family. He was very courteous and respectful

Santikos is by far the best theater chain that I have been to. The prices are excellent on both movie tickets and concessions. The staff is always friendly and helpful no matter which of the Santikos theaters I attend. Overall a great experience for me and my family.

I like the recliners in the theaters and would recommend putting recliners in your next IMAX theater that you build in San Antonio.

Everyone was polite and friendly. Lines for concessions were not long and servers we fast. The seating area was clean and comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and stocked.

Thank you for friendly and courteous employees. It was spring break and the Palladium was packed, but everyone took time to smile and make us feel welcome. Once again proving, why this is my favorite place to watch movies and worth the 4 hour drive to visit San Antonio.

I would always pick between Regal theaters and Santikos I found that Santikos really cares about there customers experience as well as the prices are better at Santikos theaters.
