I enjoy everything about the theater however, the women’s bathrooms can be a little cleaner and the customer service counter to pick up food by the bar is slow and half of the time the cashier/worker is never at the counter so you end up waiting longer to ask for a simple tray or specific condiments.

Always very clean. Sometimes it’s a bit cold, but I always bring a jacket. Better cold than hot. I love the reclining seats. I wish confession prices were reduced some.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I made a bone head mistake by buying tickets online for a Saturday evening showing of Us. I accidently purchased tickets for the day before and showed up a day late for the movie. The staff were great and rain checked my tickets so there wouldnt be an additional charge and even got me seats to the showing we planned on.

This is why me and my family inlt see movies at Santikos theaters. Their customer service is always superior.
