What did you like about your Santikos experience?

The concession process is quick and easy, get my soda and popcorn with ease, love the freestyle machines, and when we order food it is made quickly. Not a big fan of leather seats but seating is spacious and comfortable. Screens are large and sound is great. I don’t care to go to non Santikos theatres!

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Customer service and everything else about the experience. The one thing that I would complain about is the online fees one has to pay in order to buy online tickets. I don't think that's right because we already buying the tickets. We have no choice but to purchase our tickets online because if we don't then your sold out or not enough seats.

Hi there!

I just want to say that we love your cinemas! It's probably the nicest cinema that we have ever been to, so we don't even like going to any of the other cinemas. We come to see all of the AAA titles that come to the big screen and we love it.

However, we came to see Captain Marvel tonight and the experience was less than par. First of all, I didn't realize that the IMAX section of your cinema doesn't have the recliners and that definitely detracted from the experience. The other thing was we had to choose seats that were all the way on the side and were behind a decent size wall that blocked a section of the screen. Being that my wife is pretty short she couldn't see a decent section of the screen and kept having to scoot up the seat to see the show. Also, I know the IMAX experience is supposed to give you an immersive experience, but tonight the sound was so loud that it gave all of us a headache.

I just expect the experience at the Palladium to be great, especially for the price we pay, and it usually is! But tonight wasn't so enjoyable for my party and I.
