I like the friendly staff and atmosphere. I like that it’s clean and orderly. I wish the staff asked you more “if you have a rewards account?” Because I go Santikos a lot and forget to get rewards for my purchases. I’ve lost out in so many rewards because of this and it’s upsetting.

I bought tickets via the App and I think the orientation of the screen had changed since last I used it. I was used to the screen being at the bottom and selecting seats further away. Well, this time the screen was at the top. Anyhow, I called and spoke with Leslie. She was able to take my purchase info and change my seats to where we wanted. I truly appreciated this customer interaction.
