We always happy with the food and drinks, but more so with staff like Madison, Brittany, and John(server-in the VIP section). We are regulars and come to the movies pretty often, from management down everyone greets us with a smile and always so polite and very helpful!! Thank you for making each visit a great experience!!!

Had a great evening. Sometimes going back and forth from the theater to the snack bar is tedious as we have to keep showing our phone to display tickets but I can't see a better way to do so. Since the person who purchased the tickets is the only one with the "pass" it means you have to print out a copy so others can come and go if needed.

Clean in and outside, great venues for bowling and playing games, both for adults and young gamers. Good food, fresh popcorn, pleasant employees and, oh yeah, the theater sound not too loud! Need I say more?! Ok, we really like that most the profits are given back to the community. Good on ya, Santikos!!

A week ago, February 24, we went to go see a movie and in the mezzanine VIP section Aquaman we didn’t go to a late booking which is around 10 o’clock and the service was horrible due to your concession stand about the clothes or the kitchen is about to close and we did not get The usual sterling service. We will still go to your Santiago theater at palladium but we will never book a like showing again

I had purchased IMAX tickets for How to Train your dragon for my girlfriend for Valentines Day. Upon arrival, it wasn't until we were sitting in the theatre that I realized that the screen wasn't IMAX. Apparently there was another movie showing that had become priority so they shifted everyone with IMAX for Dragons to the next biggest screen and as close to the same seating arrangement. It was a little inconvienent, but Mauricio was able to get us taken care of and was apologetic.
