Love the area and layout. The staff is usually helpful and friendly. Perfect place for a chill date night with the wife. I just hope you all don't stop honoring my Santikos mug refills; those things are awesome! Crazy to say but I would not consider leaving SA because there isn't a Santikos elsewhere.
The Concession stands employees are fast and friendly. Love the fresh popcorn 🍿. Very friendly environment always smiling at the customers!🤗
The Paladium is one of the most beautiful theaters I have ever visited. The staff is helpful and courteous., the seats are comfortable and theater is always clean.

Have so many options on how to buy tickets, whether online, app, through the kiosk, or with the box office is so convienent! Fast service at the concession stand, the ability to pour as much butter as I want in my popcorn, and filling the icee how I want to mix it up is awesome! Having the option for food and drinks (alcoholic) is great! Santikos is all about options and I definitely love having those... lol! This place has never disappointed me.
The bar tender downstairs, Penny, was fantastic!! Such a nice and friendly guy. Definitely will go back to him if he’s their next time!

AWSOME PLACE
The customer service was exceptional. Edward, the customer service representative, helped us choose our tickets, and he even recommended that we purchase the loyalty card to collect points for future movies, food, etc. He explained everything about the program, and he was super helpful and courteous. I needed up purchasing tickets to the the IMAX showing of Captain Marvel and purchasing the loyalty membership. I even spoke with his supervisor, who was also very helpful and courteous, to let him know that Edward was helpful. The experience at this theatre was exceptional. Thank you for such a great experience. Look forward to returning again!

I love the VIP seating options as it gives us an immersive theater experience, unfortunately the seats did not show as available when I bought the tickets to US and much to my disappointment I saw multiple people in the VIP area, it did not sour my experience but we have been exclusively buying VIP seating since the renovations completed and were extremely let down when I wasn’t given the option during my time of purchase.
