Everything. The atmosphere is perfect and really sets the mood for an evening at the movies. And the actual theaters are the most well thought out I’ve ever been to, the amount of spacing and the ability to recline is awesome. Every visit feels like your at a Hollywood premier.

Loved it ! Only feedback is the good wasn’t great . My Quesadilla chicken was a bit chewy and my other half had a burger not cooked all the way. Best burgers though and Silverado location

It’s are usual go to theater. Like the app, reserve seating and the seating itself. We are there so much that many of the staff know us.

Not sure why people waste their time at the IMAX, it’s too closed in.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Clean theatres, clean lobby, good movies. I like that they hire disabled workers to do important jobs. The staff behind the restaurant/food counter is hit or miss. Sometimes they are nice and helpful, sometimes they are indifferent. The manager there is kind of mean - I asked for Parmesan cheese and he gave me a hard time about it.

The staff behind the popcorn counter are indifferent. They aren’t overly friendly and look like they don’t really want to be there, but I can understand that.

It’s our favorite theater because the food is good, the seats are comfortable, the temperature is just right, and the workers are friendly. Can’t go wrong at the palladium in SA!

Had dinner in Mezz VIP section. Very nice. Server Kendall was very friendly. Would recommend to anyone that wants a nicer movie experience.
