The theater itself is extremely beautiful. I came in with a few of my friends and was amazed with all the theater had to offer in terms of food and drink. We wondered upstairs to the bar and were taken care of by a really pleasant girl named Madison. She was very energetic and brought all of our energy levels up.there was another bartender who was also very pleasant named Brittany I believe. We will definitely be coming back and I hope they’ll be able to take care of us. The theater was definitely well maintained and roomy with very comfortable seats. The sound was excellent. Everything about this experience was excellent, Palladium will definitely be our theater of choice from now on. Thank you!

The bartenders, Madison and Brittany, upstairs were the absolute best! Very attentive and helpful. Definitely making this my “go to” theatre. Will be telling all my friends to go to this one. 10/10 service. 5/5 stars.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Not many people leave reviews for great customer service, however I had to leave this review. I recently was at the palladium bar in date night with my boyfriend and the two bartenders were AMazing!! One of the bartenders, Madison, really knows her way around that bar on a busy night. I’m sure it’s not always easy taking people requests but she always made sure we were taken care of and with a SMILE! She’s so sweet and professional! We will definitely be coming back and I hope Madison is there!

Love the fact that the are different food items offered. I don't like people hitting the back of my seat. I don't have that problem at palladium.

I had a great time! I was visiting for the weekend and came out to meet with friends. We grabbed some drinks at the bar upstairs before we watched our movie. The bartenders (if I remember correctly it was Britteny and Madison) were very nice and the service was great! After our movie ended we got another quick drink before left. Always enjoy going here when I’m in town!

Love the cleanliness, reclining seats and the professionalism of the staff. My wife and I use the VIP seating and the complimentary popcorn along with the great hospitality made our experience memorable! Thanks a bunch!

It is a beautiful theater it always has an air of excitement. This is our favorite theater. We love to watch our favorite movies on IMAX. Santikos also has a rewards program and I love getting that $5.00 towards my purchase.
