Great seats, good snacks....Clean... Excellent projection and sound.
Assigned seats with on line kiosk pickup is a plus. We never wait in line for our tickets.

We enjoy our movie experience however; you let go a few people that we were very fond of. Also, you need to be consistent. When I have a beer I like it out of a GLASS. You should offer glasses to drink from both upstairs and downstairs and not just when you have someone available to clean them.
The ladies restrooms both upstairs and downstairs need attention. Most of the purse/coat hooks are dangling. The restrooms are usually out of toilet seat covers.

I liked the old food menu (upstairs) (which is stupid that you can't order the same food anywhere in the same establishment). This one is too limited.

Still better than most theaters
