We loved the theater, the reclining seats and the popcorn. The movie was great, too!
We love the shared/private seating; however we were right at the front (a bit too close - maybe two more feet away would have been better for viewing) and the table in the center was kind of inconvenient/awkward; and, the seat couldn’t be adjusted, which made it hard to eat/drink at that angle.
The seats are perfect. Is very clean. Entertainment areas for kids and the food is good.

Very comfortable reclining chairs and good customer service. The soda machines were low on carbonation and syrup, though.
The first soda we selected tasted so bad without the right amount of syrup that we had to throw it all out. The second was very flat so we had to throw that out as well.
I've only been to three Santikos theaters and of the 3, two have become my absolute favorites. The reason I love these two (Embassy 14 and Palladium) is because of several reasons. The main reason has to be the chairs. They are spacious and comfortable, definitely takes out the anxiety of having to be crowded in a theater with so many people. I also enjoy the fact that things like Icee are free refill and that I'm able to refill my own drinks without having to wait on someone. I also enjoy the selection of food. Definitely worth eating there, at least more so than other places like regal theaters. I also like that I can purchase my ticket online and reserve my seat. The one down side is that for newer movies, the seats are always sold out days in advanced. Those are the few times where I forgo Santikos and go with regal. The rewards program is also nice. I watch a lot of movies so it's always nice to be rewarded.
I almost always enjoy my visits to Palladium. There has been only been one time that I was rather disappointed. I had lost/misplaced my TX drivers license at the premier (Thursday Night) for Bohemian Rhapsody. I went to guest services and was very disappointed with the level of customer service showed. It was the late feature so there weren’t people In the lobby area, yet the service people continued with their personal conversation - and I do understand that part of it. The attendant then looked at me and did not ask with a “how can I help you?”, so I began to inform her that I misplaced my license and which theatre I was in. She begins looking thru the drawers and informs me none have been turned in followed with a silence. And more silence. I waited to be asked and wasn’t so I went on to comment/ask“would you like my information so I can be contacted in case it does get turned in?” She proceeded to then take my information. I enjoy and love Palladium and will not ever stop attending. In this instance i felt the attendant was preoccupied or just not interested in anything to do with customer service - basically customer service was not what she was there for.

Santikos Palladium is a first class theater in every respect. Really appreciate that you are investing so much. The comfort of the seats are sometimes too comfortable, not sure if that really a bad thing. The Imax theater flooring needs some aesthetic work, but the picture and sound are excellent. The picture is crisp and sharp and lint free. No more distracting lint pieces being projected on the screen.
One thing that caught my attention was the lack of ticket kiosks. I was able to use my phone to show the booking of the movie, but I have been known to forget my phone at home, on occasion. I think having one kiosk to print out the stub should be made available.
