What did you like about your Santikos experience?

We love the reclining seats and roominess of the space in the rows. It's also much cleaner than most theaters...which is a big deal to us.
The kids love the arcade games...although, as with all others of the same type...the prize games always have claws that are clearly not set tight enough to pick up anything...much less a whole toy. That's aggravating.

The drink fill station was much cleaner this tume around. So, that was good!

The one thing I would like looked into is the smell from the bathrooms. Yes, I realize they are public restrooms and it's hard to combat that. However, this wasn't just your regular bathroom odor. It was out into the hallway from the theater 11 side. It was almost over bearingly strong. It was the smell from sewer pipes. And when I, inevitably, had to escort my daughter to said restrooms....it was BEYOND foul and strong! Again, not just your typical stinky bathroom smell. It was, unquestionably, coming from the sewer drain.

That should most definitely be looked into.
We love this theater...but, that was hard to get past.

Other than that...we love the Palladium!

Great experience at upstairs bar with our server Madison. She was friendly, responsive, and made great drinks. Friendly, fun service. We went one time before this visit and came back because she made it a fun night and food was great too

Had dinner at the “The Mezz” upstairs bar. The bartenders were Brittany and Madison. They were a great team and made dinner a lot of fun.

We have been frequenting the upstairs bar the last several weeks and the bartenders you have on Friday evening have been AWESOME. The two ladies last night were hustling and had the best attitudes! Brittany and Madison are really awesome!

I love the whole Palladium experience. I'm in awe when I enter, and I appreciate the updates. My first movie here was Tron Legacy on D-Box with my family. I promised my son, and drove from my hometown of El Paso to fulfill my word. I enjoy revisiting this theater. It has an illustrious feel, and the staff is amazing. I only drink alkaline water, so, I had to actually speak with the manager for approval. They had no issues, and that made me love the place even more. I strongly recommend this theater for all your watching needs. My recent movie was Dragonball:Broly, but I already have advanced tickets for Captain Marvel. Hopefully, they will offer a catch up 10 years of Marvel movies over a few days, like they did Avengers. Please come by, the theatre is surrounded by many shops and restaurants for your craving fulfillment!!! See you there!!!

I like the location, the large popcorn soda combo and the points I get because I am a rewards member and I like the fact that they have so many movies playing there to choose from, and of course the food and drink court and the full bar upstairs and the VIP seating to select showings.
