Employee Madison Penwick made our visit enjoyable and memorable. Her joy and positive attitude is so contagious and refreshing to experience. She is respectful yet attentive and intuitive to patrons needs. She will be the reason we come back to Santikos Palladium!

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

the overall experience from consession to the personnel. However I might add that pls,don't fill the first two rows,when doing sneek peeks and pls have some who know how to control the line people are waiting in. One person tried to split the line to help flow but did very poorly.

I like the Palladium over all, it’s a great movie theater. The imax is great but it still have the old seats instead of the recliners. Everything else is good, the sound, the quality of the picture, the food options.

I think the business is well organized and I knew exactly where to go. The one thing that felt strange was going to my auditorium, the employee simply asked, "Do you know what auditorium you are going to?" I said, "13," and I was allowed in without showing my electronic ticket as proof. I remember thinking, I could have lied about the purchasing a ticket and gotten in for free. Why are you not scanning our online tickets?

My experience was amazing! Andrew and Brittany at the upstairs bar were wonderful, so attentive and speedy while being extremely knowledgeable about their drinks, wines and beers. They made me want to come back again.

Guest services was very helpful with questions I had for sitting in VIP for my first time.
Brittany at the mezz bar was knowledgeable with her beer and cocktails. She gauged my flavor profile and made a unique cocktail based on what I like! Very impressed!

The theater itself is extremely beautiful. I came in with a few of my friends and was amazed with all the theater had to offer in terms of food and drink. We wondered upstairs to the bar and were taken care of by a really pleasant girl named Madison. She was very energetic and brought all of our energy levels up.there was another bartender who was also very pleasant named Brittany I believe. We will definitely be coming back and I hope they’ll be able to take care of us. The theater was definitely well maintained and roomy with very comfortable seats. The sound was excellent. Everything about this experience was excellent, Palladium will definitely be our theater of choice from now on. Thank you!

The bartenders, Madison and Brittany, upstairs were the absolute best! Very attentive and helpful. Definitely making this my “go to” theatre. Will be telling all my friends to go to this one. 10/10 service. 5/5 stars.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Not many people leave reviews for great customer service, however I had to leave this review. I recently was at the palladium bar in date night with my boyfriend and the two bartenders were AMazing!! One of the bartenders, Madison, really knows her way around that bar on a busy night. I’m sure it’s not always easy taking people requests but she always made sure we were taken care of and with a SMILE! She’s so sweet and professional! We will definitely be coming back and I hope Madison is there!

Love the fact that the are different food items offered. I don't like people hitting the back of my seat. I don't have that problem at palladium.
