Reserved seating. Variety of Drink selection (I drink no sugar and no caffeine). Parking lot well maintained and spacious. Cleanliness throughout. Bathrooms were large and clean. IMAX 3D was awesome! The staff was friendly. The popcorn was fresh and seasoned.

Was not much of a happy camper while trying to purchase tickets online we had to use Fandango as we kept missing out on the seats we were trying to purchase. Seats sold out immediately. Ugh! On missing out on the points as a Santikos Loyalty Rewards customer.
I have a son with a disability, on the autism spectrum, sensory issues and can now tolerate loudness. This outing was part of my Birthday celebration to watch Avengers: Endgame.
The only available screen left was the 3-D at which he missed out as I had tried to place the 3D glasses on which he disliked. We did not want him to have any meltdowns. We did stay as there were 8 of us and did not want to ruin my Birthday outing.
Overall ALL went well, we did enjoy it very much from entering onto the concession stand, seatings we loved so much as well. Thank you!
