I’ve been going to the santikos movie theaters since I was a child and we’ve always gotten great and quick customer service. Santikos is constantly upgrading their movie theaters and they all look great. Santikos is the one and only theater that I go and watch my movies.

Love the palladium imax. I also like the new renovations. Recently spoke to Edward about questions I had regarding the rewards program and he was very nice and professional and was able to answer all of my questions. Will definitely keep coming back to this theater.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Very clean and nice and friendly staff. My kids love the souvenir cups and buckets. Recently had an experience that I wanted to speak to someone at the theater directly and was helped by Edward. Very nice man and helped resolve my questions.

Due to inclement weather, we had a bad experience last night at the Fan event for Dark Phoenix. Edward Cortez, Palladium location, emailed me immediately the next day (this morning) to make sure we received voucher tickets and apologized for the inconvenience.
Great customer service, and we will definitely continue to be loyal to the Santikos franchise!
