Edward, the manager made things right. The drinks station was out of Minute Maid at 3 different stations, but the 4th one worked. I know those cartridges are small anyhow but to someone else who does not know may upset them. The chairs in theater are very comfy! Enjoyed a nice night with my wife! Thanks Edward!

When visiting my grandchildren, we love going to the Palladium because the seats are comfortable and the staff is friendly. Gretchen was very considerate in helping my family to our seats.

I usually go to Regal, but decided to go to this theater instead. This place is very clean and the staff are very friendly.

Ok.. I had a rain check that I hadn't used and the manager (male) stated it wasn't good anymore and would not honor it after I had a horrible experience back when I went to the movies with my family. Couple started arguing and throwing drinks and popcorn everywhere and ruined our experience and this is what I get from Santikos? Plus I upgraded for $8 and want to get credit for all my purchases.
