Professional, friendly and very customer service oriented.
Great classes. Great instructors. I like going to the Laurel studio.
More a question than a comment: I have an allergy to dust and generally think a workout facility should not have carpetted floors in the studio areas because rugs simply cannot be cleaned as well as smooth floor surfaces and because rugs harbor dust mites. I would love to see Coreworks get better flooring in the studios which are presently carpeted.
The instructors are so knowledgeable, positive and friendly. I have never had a bad experience there and Coreworks is one of the best things I have ever done for myself. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to improve their strength, flexibility and equanimity.
Friendly, engaged instructors. Small classes. Provide feedback. Provide individual attention.
the location is perfect for me. :)
The staff and instructors. It’s a very friendly place to exercise. We aren’t a “number”
Variety. Schedule
Everything!! Love the classes the teachers. I can honestly say I enjoy working out. People ask what I’m doing and I tell them Pilates. I give out your name all the time. I’m so glad I found this place!!!
I love the way that all of the instructors that I have had come up with interesting variations on the various pilates movements, so we are never bored. They challenge us, but if I can't do a particular move, they help me by giving me a variation. I like the camaraderie among the women in the class (in my classes, almost always women), and the ability to sign up ahead of time so I can plan my week.
The classes. Great instruction and small classes leaves more attention and guidance from the instructors
The facility is great and clean. The instructors are awesome.
Excellent instructors, friendly environment, challenging classes!
consistency in Barre Sculpt classes, not challenging enough-they use to be
Variety of classes and instructors seem highly qualified. I like that there are convenient class times, too.
Friendly, welcoming environment. Great variety of classes, all levels of skill accepted. As one of the older (74) members, I am encouraged by staff and other class participants to keep pushing myself.
Please please please please offer more classes like the tower classes with sharkie or jump board with Fran on sundays or late Friday ie 5:30 classes at the Laurel center. It’s a mission impossible to make it to classes at the Columbia center after work getting trough the beltway traffic. The amount of classes offered at laurel compared to the Columbia center, makes laurel look like an after thought. I would love to recommend coreworks to my wife, Crossfit friends but the laurel hours / class offerings need to be better. Hope this helps.
Wonderful and considerate people who have my best interest and well being at heart.
I would like more variety in the 530 class schedule in ge Columbia studio...reformer everyday at 530 offers little variety.
Atmosphere is great, all the trainers are very accommodating. I look forward to my workout every single time!!!
Great instructors!!!
The dedication and commitment given in providing the best possible workout experience possible. The Personal Trainers focus on programs that work specifically for each individual clients.
1. Reservation system needs to be revamped to reflect REAL TIME availability of classes/and cancellations.
2. One instructor (I won't call out a name) who is a well-versed instructor, often comes to classes unprepared with a general routine, and more often than not, forgets her count and students end up doing 8 reps on one side, then 3 on the other - this is very frustrating and the students DO notice and chat about it amongst ourselves.
3. With the price hike from $150 to $170/mo (which I believe is abnormally expensive), no improvements in services offered/facilities came along with that.
4. Given the expense of unlimited classes...No early morning classes offered for those who work - why not? No classes offered for a significant block during the day - disappointing. And no real availability of classes offered on Saturdays and Sundays to make up for the lack of classes during the week, and expand opportunities for members to attend classes. It seems the schedule is mainly arranged for the convenience of the owners vs. customers.
I have many positive things to say about Coreworks, like its plethora of amazing teachers, amenities (teas/towels/etc.), variety of classes, etc. However this survey inquired about what I felt was lacking. Not sure if I will continue under the above circumstances, but I have still gained much from coming here over the year.
I like that each instructor brings a new perspective to their presentation.
experienced and knowledgeable instructors
Friendly atmosphere
learning about my body
The staff is friendly, the instructors are skilled and easy to follow and the equipment is great.
Small classes, clean, great instructors, convenient location
The highly trained and skilled instructors; the creativity in keeping the Mat Challenge class interesting and challenging; the adherence to a policy of arrival to class on time by participants. Compliance to policy of on time arrival to class maintains respect for those who do arrive on time and minimizes disruption of class time.
Excellent instructors
Equipment classes are varied. Instructors plan classes well
