I love the studio and have some favorite instructors that have made it easy to fall in love with pilates and stay consistent. I do wish that the studio had a referral program as I have referred a few people to the studio and a referral incentive would be nice. I also wish the overhead lights in the large Columbia studio could be dimmed :)
Instructors are phenomenal and the schedule has a great mix of classes.

I loved Sarah’s Stretch & Release class. I thoroughly enjoyed (& needed) the class to unwind from a tough week. I felt so relaxed walking out of there. Well worth it, and I’ll definitely be back!

I’ve had such a positive experience at Coreworks! The atmosphere is welcoming, the studio is always clean and inviting, and the classes are thoughtfully structured. Megan is incredibly knowledgeable, patient and motivating. She is always taking the time to explain movements clearly, and adjust for individual needs. Truly an outstanding place to practice Pilates!

Instructors and variety of classes
Sarah taught a great class with foundational Pilates elements while using the reformer in unconventional ways. I enjoyed it because it wasn’t the usual classical exercises but an opportunity to practice new vocabulary combined with Pilates principals. Thank you so much Sarah, I will be back!
Ive been coming to coreworks off and on for over 10 years and I like the small spaces and the friendliness and technique of the instructors.
