I love coreworks! They are amazing and the instructors are phenomenal. I wish they offered more early afternoon classes and weekend afternoon classes, but hasn't stopped me (well.. only sometimes) from attending for over a year now. I don't think I have ever maintained fitness classes as much as I have with Coreworks. They are awesome!
The trainers are dedicated and caring. They are always looking for ways to improve the program.
I’ve been a member for a year and a half and I would not go anywhere else. My instructors are encouraging & friendly. As a result of being a Coreworks member, I have gone down about five dress sizes. More importantly, I feel strong & healthy.
Way too hard to get into a barre class at Laurel. They are offered when people are typically at work. And there is only one instructor, so if you don’t love her style, you’re out of luck.
The instructors are knowledgeable and I feel I am in the right place for my exercise needs. It's also nice to see the people who go there are all shapes, sizes and ages which is encouraging to me.
Terrific customer service, excellent facilities and equipment, professional/fun/helpful instructors. What's not to love?
The level of knowledge and expertise the instructors have and their commitment to well-being. Love the design of the studio in Columbia. I appreciate that, in these times of short attention spans and the use if gimmicks to get people into a workout routine, Coreworks has held fast to its premise: pilates and core srengthening. They are welcoming to all age groups, which is fast-becoming rare at most workout facilities. Their only fault is they are too accommodating to latecomers to class - people who regularly consistently predictably come late, which is a sign of selfishness and disrespect to Coreworks and those of us who arrive on time. They may not mind being late, but I mind your persistent disturbance as you disrupt my class time. I have been attending Coreworks since 2006 through kidney surgery, breast cancer, and spinal surgery. Pilates has always been my go-to when healing and in maintaining health and good posture. It should be yours too.
Love the family atmosphere.
It’s a yoga tribe feel.
When I don’t show up - I get text messages asking if I am ok.
Friendly staff and beautiful studio
Sara Raymond is an excellent instructor who tailors classes to the abilities of her students in a given day
Clean and pleasant environment. Great instructors.

Trainers and the program , equipment is unique and helps build strength safely and in a balanced way.
Friendly staff, clean environment, challenging workouts
I appreciate the ease of scheduling classes and not being locked into a certain time and/or day.
The instructors are all knowledgeable and challenging as well as nice people.
Always challenging and fun.
classes are great - clean facility
Excellent workout tailored to individual needs. Randall is very knowledgeable and committed to his client's success
All of the instructors are wonderful! Lots of different classes to choose from. I feel so much better when I walk out of there than I did when I walked in!
The teaching staff as well as the front desk assistants display very good customer service. They are knowledgeable, helpful, and accommodating when necessary if possible.
I have been enjoying every visit. Keep up the good work!
Coreworks features a diverse group of instructors and attracts a diverse group of students. I love that. It's understood that everyone is working at their own pace to do what is best for their body on any given day. It's always such a treat because of the instructors, while each unique in their teaching styles they are incredibly educated when it comes to anatomy and how the body works. So each class is truly an exercise in radical self-care. I like the diversity of the studios as well. The Columbia studio is vast and it feels private and tucked away. The Laurel studio has a lot of natural light and is more intimate in size. I like all of the diversity, on every level.
High quality level of instructors, classes, schedule, signup process, facilities
Randal James is an excellent and knowledgeable trainer. I highly recommend him!!
Most importantly, the instructors and everything else!
All the classes, teachers and the studio are wonderful! Exercises are very effective and classes are fun! This is the place that I would recommend to anyone trying to stay in shape and/or lose weight. Thank you, Name removed
Everything! I love Pilates, especially Coreworks Fitness. The studio’s are top notch with a well rounded Pilates program, excellent instructor’s and meticulously clean studio’s. New student’s pay $75 for one month of unlimited equipment and mat classes. What a bargain!
The small size of the class n the attention to every participant
Schedule
Friendly staff
Individualized attention even though in a group
Clean, neat environment
The mix of classes.
Learnt staff.

I like the signing up before. I am more likely to go to a place where I can show up 5 minutes (rather than 15-20) early and know I have a spot in the class. Additionally, All the instructors that I have taken classes with thus for are very knowledgable. Additionally, the facility is very clean and well stocked with equipment that is in good shape.
