Offer classes at times that are convenient for working people. Your reformer 1&2 classes class is only offered in the afternoon or early evening. I live and work in Baltimore so in order to attend the 5:30 class I would have to leave work early. Which means using my leave in order to attend a class which is not economically feasible.

I love that early morning classes were added in Columbia. I would encourage CW to specifically advertise the early am classes externally to get more business - they are a rarity in this geographic area outside of cross fit type offerings imo. I also continue to be impressed by the instructors in terms of skill, professionalism, and support. The ability to manage class scheduling online is also extremely convenient.
