In general, I'm VERY happy with my membership, but the one factor that prevents me from giving a score of 10, is the lax adherence to class start times. (clients being present not instructor) For example, in a class I took this evening, one woman arrived to class 20 minutes late (which is a regular, repeat act by her), then 10 minutes before class ended she walked out of class (amid-instructor direction) to set up her yoga mat for the 6:30 class. Had this been a one time occurrence I would understand, but this person behaves in the exact same manner at least half the time I'm in classes with her. Her behavior is disrespectful and distracting to both the instructor and other clients, making me want to reconsider if simply removing this class from my schedule is not the best solution.
All the instructors are well trained, responsive to clients, and very pleasant.
The facilities are clean and well supplied.

Love that reformer is available as a class rather than private, duet, etc
From the minute you walk in the door you are welcomed by friendly and caring staff. Every class has incredible instructors who are truly dedicated to their practice. The instructors are always providing constructive feedback or posture correction to students to help them achieve their best workout, no matter how flexible or strong the individual. Coreworks is a wonderful place!

Fran and her daughter (sorry I forgot her name) amazing coaching, love the small class sizes and the website is very easy to navigate.
The program is solid , it was not centered around weight. It was all about ones mindset and focus , focus . Focus!! I so appreciated the opportunity to work with such a compassionate, genuine, caring and oh so dedicated trainer as Randall James . Sure there were many times I felt awkward doing certain things due to my weight but Randall never said a word he simply encouraged and pushed me that much harder . When I started I could not bend down and when I did someone had to help pull me up not anymore . I’ve always gone to my work gym but I never had anyone teach me the right way to work out . I would just go and walk on the the treadmill. When you learn the right technique and you practice it all comes together . I will truly recommend CORE more importantly if you can always work with a trainer . Randall is a keeper employees like him need to be treasured and appreciated they drive the success of the business and the reason I know this is because of the way he engages with his clients , the time he takes to build a relationship , and is unwavering devotion to his craft . Forever greatful for CORE!
Everyone is very thorough and with their expert advice, we are doing the exercises properly! The studio is very clean and organized and welcoming. I love both studios.
Have the instructor ask at the beginning of class if anyone is new to the class/form of exercise.

I love Coreworks!!! Every time I do a class, I feel so good afterwards. The classes are phenomenal and the instructors are best in class. There is something there for everyone and for every level of fitness!!!

I like the way that all of the instructors do different moves so we don't get bored, but they still challenge us. I also appreciate the new class RECOVERY.
