Coreworkks has a whole mind and body approach. They meet you where you are, fit or not, overweight or not, older or younger. The classes and instructors have enough variety to keep your interest while giving you the most comprehensive workout you'll ever get. No worries about getting injured, or 'I don't look right for this gym'. The people are kind, helpful, and extremely knowledgable. Love this place!
The class times at the Laurel location are convenient for my current schedule. I like the sizes of the classes at the Laurel studio, as well as the knowledgeable and patient instructors, and the variety of classes. I like that you offer an unlimited package of classes, and the price for unlimited classes fits within my budget at this time. It is also nice being able to sign up online for classes.

The instructors are very good at describing what we are to do next in class. Help is given if needed, but everything is done in a low key manner. You get good stretches and work the muscle groups, and also helps with my lower back/arthritis issues.

Really enjoy the classes because of the flexibility. If you want deeper stretches or harder routines, that's just as easy to accommodate as someone with less flexibility and more limitations. It is a very welcoming environment from everyone!

More a question than a comment: I have an allergy to dust and generally think a workout facility should not have carpetted floors in the studio areas because rugs simply cannot be cleaned as well as smooth floor surfaces and because rugs harbor dust mites. I would love to see Coreworks get better flooring in the studios which are presently carpeted.
The instructors are so knowledgeable, positive and friendly. I have never had a bad experience there and Coreworks is one of the best things I have ever done for myself. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to improve their strength, flexibility and equanimity.

Everything!! Love the classes the teachers. I can honestly say I enjoy working out. People ask what I’m doing and I tell them Pilates. I give out your name all the time. I’m so glad I found this place!!!

Coreworks is a wonderful place that contributes to my overall good health. Since joining and going to pilates classes twice a week, my back stopped hurting!
