Love variety in classes, multiple locations and flexibility of class cards. Wished there were higher level Pilates barre classes and options in Laurel on Sundays aa well as afternoon classes on weekends in either location.

Classes are challenging, but yet teach you a lot about how you move, and where your weaknesses exist. Sarah is wonderful with explaining small details of exercises that can have a big impact on how you perform. Classes are varied, so you never get bored!
