Each class is different and challenges you to do your level best and has modifications. The studio is clean and comfortable. For early morning classes it’s great to grab a cup of coffee or tea on your way out!

Coreworks has been my “second home” for the past six months. I enjoy the variety of classes that are offered and every instructor adds something unique to each class that makes it fun and their own. It’s also nice to be known by name insteasd of being just another face in class.
I like the open and inviting way that the instructors interact with students who are new to something and the way that they get to know the students and their abilities.
