I love the small class size and the professional delivery at Coreworks.
Sandy at the front desk was very welcoming and made me feel at ease. My first ever barre class with instructor Maya was awesome. It was challenging but Maya was very encouraging! I have already told friends about Coreworks!

Scheduling is flexible and easy. Staff is friendly, observant, and responsive. They keep finding new variations of exercises that keeps classes interesting and fun.

The entire staff is friendly, easy to work with and refer to you on a first name basis. The facilities and equipment is clean and well kept. The class variety and times are great and fit well into my schedule.
Everyone is friendly and they meet the needs of all clients. Modifications are made so everyone can feel successful. Pilates is an excellent workout. I enjoy the classes at Coreworks and the instructors are great.

Convenience and location, but more than that the personalized program and great results. After only a month of working with a trainer, I’ve seen noticeable improvements in my strength and ability to succeed at other sports. My diet has improved and overall I feel much healthier, even though I started out at a high level of fitness.
