I love that early morning classes were added in Columbia. I would encourage CW to specifically advertise the early am classes externally to get more business - they are a rarity in this geographic area outside of cross fit type offerings imo. I also continue to be impressed by the instructors in terms of skill, professionalism, and support. The ability to manage class scheduling online is also extremely convenient.

Donna was very friendly and helpful. I felt like the intro to equipment class was a perfect start to me returning to Pilates! Fran was friendly and warm as well. I love the sign up online and that I can sign up or cancel if need be right on my phone!!!
Reasonable prices and close to home
I really like the variety of classes and instructors. The Laurel facility is an extremely convenient location for me. The classes are always challenging but not so challenging that it is discouraging. Just the right balance! The unlimited plan is a really nice option, and is priced well for the quality of the classes and instructors. It is also nice to have a cup of tea if you show up a few minutes early, helping calm prior to class. The facility is very comfortable.
Here are just a few additional thoughts: I am really happy Laurel added Sundays, but the class has always been filled. Maybe a second pilates equipment class on Sundays could be added too. I would love an 8:30am class more often, and that time isn't offered much at Laurel. I would also like to use the chairs more in class.
