Zerorez is fantastic. I always have you all out prior to the holidays to clean but have never had you work on my kids rooms upstairs. I thought the kids and pets had destroyed the carpets and was ready to buy new. I decided to let you all have a try not expecting much but the carpets look virtually brand new! No pet odor or stains. My daughters feel like they have brand new rooms. Thank you!

The service was exceptional. I don't really understand,or care, what you do to the water, but I love how it cleans. Really like the spray bottle of water that you leave with me. It does a fantastic job of removing stains.

The technician who came to my home was very personable and thorough. I especially appreciated the non-use of chemicals as a pet owner and highly recommend this company. I will be using them again in the future.
