Jacob did a great job! My carpet doesn't smell anymore. I have yet to see if an odor remains after it is fully dry. I checked in a couple times and he was doing a very thorough job. My timeframe was 12-3 but it got delayed due to larger than anticipated job in the hours before mine but the team reached out multiple times to communicate the issue at hand and provided updates as to when the tech would make it to my home.

This time I was disappointed that the coffee stains would not come out - I know he tried hard to get them. I had used your spot cleaner right after the spill - and was surprised that they didn't come out then. I guess I don't understand why the cleaner wasn't able to remove them.
