I would suggest that your techs wear booties over their shoes when entering a house. And during COVID19 a face mask would have been appreciated as well.

Micah came yesterday to do our carpets. He was very personable and did a fantastic job. I will ALWAYS use Zerorez. Their cleaning system works better than all the rest. And it lasts longer. You always get a bottle of spray cleaner that works on more than just carpet. It makes a great laundry spray for clothing. It's a super stain remover. They refill it everytime they return.
