I didn’t think our carpet could be saved and planned to prove to my husband that we needed new flooring. It was especially darkened by dirt on the stairs and the major trails through the house.

I found the company on the internet and set an appointment. Staff called the next day to confirm the time and on the given day the cleaner gave me 30 minutes notice of his arrival. The associate (I am so sorry I missed his name,) was very professional and worked hard.

The carpet’s transformation was amazing! The carpet looked much better than I could have ever hoped. No more trails, no dirt. I was pleased and happy we could put off the high cost of new flooring for awhile. I highly recommend this company and their excellent staff. I will use them again.

The cleaners did a good job and were extremely friendly. Seriously I would be friends with the guy head guy that came. He was extremely friendly while always staying professional.

The tech (Adam) was great. He was here on time, he was thorough and he seemed like he cared.He was able to get out some stains that "the other guys" couldn't. The carpet was dry in about 4 hours and it was soft unlike other cleaning companies that I have used in the past. Will definitely use again.
