I was impressed with Shane and the job he did to clean our carpets. We pointed out a few trouble spots and Shane showed us when he was finished that he was able to remove the stains.
I can tell Shane is very professional. He explained his process and was very thorough. We are pleased with the result and will used Zerorez again.

Castor did a great job with cleaning the ducts in our home. He explained what he was going to do and took pre-photos to show me what the ducts looked like prior to completing the job. He took photos after the job was completed, which showed me the process worked well.
Castor was very professional, took the time to explain his process, and took care to keep our newly-renovated home in good shape. He was careful with covering ducts and left our home in great shape.
I'm appreciative of the job Castor did and will have Zerorez back when it's needed again in the future.
