They showed up and assessed our situation. Charged the same price as originally quoted. out of the were able to get all the pet stains out the carpet. The great thing about them is their team and the products they use have no scents. Would highly recommend them!

We love Zerorez. Their product is superior, the carpet is not drenched or crunchy when the work is complete. It dries quickly and is soft to the touch, no chemical smell either. Our experience with their people has been great!

Great experience! Carpets cleaned a year ago with a different company and no major difference seen. Feels like we got new carpet after this cleaning. Dried great and all stains that other company didn't remove are now gone!

Dillan notified us as he headed our way. He explained what areas needed ( pet application) and if stains ( coffee, etc) would lift. Once started, Dillan thoroughly treated areas as needed and then cleaned. I am grateful that the drying time for carpet is reduced! Dillan helped us understand pricing and the best package price! We will DEFINITELY schedule with you all again!
