Definitely a 10/10 experience. Customer service and technician were professional and accomidating. The results of the carpet cleaning far exceeded expectations. The price was more than reasonable. I've used other carpet cleaning companies in the past but hands down Zerores exceeds them all. The search for me stops here. I will recommend them to anyone who needs the services.

The crew missed a spot when they cleaned my carpet, but came right back out to take care of it. The carpets look and feel great now. I also liked that the carpet dried quickly, 4-6 hours like the cleaning tech said.

Carpets were so clean and look great! Small rooms were priced appropriately.

Technician was very friendly and knowledgable. I loved the bottle of cleaner he gave us. We had just moved in and the place was filthy. I used the whole bottle in one day! Where can I get more?

I love how the carpet feels clean and fresh on my barefeet. The pile is refreshed and stays that way for months. The kitchen tile grout almost sparkles. I really like Riley S., our technician. He is informative and can answer any question. This is the only carpet/tile cleaning company we will ever use!

P.S. i wish you had a super-duper spot remover for stubborn spots that don't come out with your normal treatment.
