They were very friendly and easy to work with. The house we moved into had stains all over the floor when we moved in (gross, I know) and they came right up. They even helped us take our water purifier off the faucet because we were struggling! Definitely one of the best carpet cleaning experiences I've had.

The first time my rug was cleaned I was Not pleased with 2 spots on the rug that I felt were not as clean as I felt they should be. I was called by a representative after my first feedback so they came back out and cleaned the spot again and I am satisfied with the results.

John did a great job. He was extremely polite and conscientious. I asked if we could add a hallway to the area he was cleaning, and he gave me a good price to add that area. The carpet in our downstairs once again looks nearly new. We are very grateful for Zerorez and for the job they did on our carpet. We will be recommending them and will be having them back again.

Micah was very courteous, friendly and professional. He called prior to arrival as I was told and arrived exactly when he said he would. He did a very good job. I am pleased with all rooms except I had hoped the kitchen would have come cleaner.

Have used zerorez twice. First time I was very satisfied with the cleaning of a 28 year old bedroom carpet & a couple of bad spots in front of bathroom door. The most recent visit I was very satisfied with all of the basement with one exception. There is a very bad spot in front of a desk. The very nice young man that worked on it was unfortunately unable to get it out. I don’t blame him but just disappointed that it wouldn’t come out.
Our technician, Jacob, was top-notch! He was on-time, did what he said he would do... very well at that, and worked hard to leave us with carpets as clean as they have been in years!
