Excellent customer service, pricing and cleaning service! We honestly did not think the carpet would come clean, but we were pleasantly surprised. Not only are the carpets extremely clean, they smell clean and have no residue! Our service agent had a family emergency the day he was scheduled to clean our apartment, but the company worked to find a replacement, especially when they found out that there were small children in the house and that we had emptied our rooms. I highly recommend Zerorez!!

Riley arrived on time, friendly, courteous and professional. We walked through the areas that were to be cleaned to identify places that would need extra attention. It didn’t take long before the carpet looked and smelled great. Riley was efficient and thorough in cleaning our carpet. We are repeat customers and are very pleased with the service.

He did a wonderful thorough job , the stains came up nicely and the pet odor gone and the stairs look great. The carpet also dried pretty quickly. I’ll be using them again for any future carpet cleaning !

Technicians are always so nice and respectful. Love the cleaning results and if I don’t you always come out and fix it. Zerorez is the only car left cleaning I recommend and I love getting the empowered water in the spray bottle!

I feel that the water sanitizer is so much safer for use around our house, especially during this COVID-19 crisis, than Clorox Wipes or other disinfectants.
