Seat are comfy and clean, popcorn is good, staff is friendly
I always enjoy taking my family to watch movies at Santikos. The theaters are always clean. Staff is friendly and the rewards program is the best.
The establishment was great and provided everything that we needed. The movie experience was great. Wouldn’t change a thing.
It was very good
Associate taking out order for tickets and concessions was very friendly.
Clean and easy. Best movies theater around
Comfortable seats and large screen. Was pretty cold though...
The employees were friendly and efficient. The theater was clean and the seating comfortable. It is an hour from my house and even though I have a theater 10 minutes away, I will come to Oxford when I want to watch a movie

It’s always clean and we love the reclining seats.
Had a great experience. Seats comfortable. Definitely recommend.
Nice, clean theater and friendly personnel.
It was very good. Customers service and service in general was outstanding. Popcorn could have been a bit more fresh. Pizza was a tad to much cheese. Seats cushioning was a bit compressed. Overall, it was very good, but could be a tad better.
The new self serve popcorn and drink station was very nice.
Everything, from the price, to the seating. And the self serve 🍿. I love this place.
Comfortable seats, nice facility.
I have enjoyed going to Santikos Cibolo for a couple of years. It used to be the best-kept secret, but now it's very busy, especially on Tuesday's $5.99 movie and drinks/popcorn day. More or less, the bathrooms are clean, and snack areas. However, the carpet and the recliners in the theater are starting to show wear and "tare." I think it's time for Santikos to do some deep cleaning on the carpet or replace it in the busiest areas and the recliners.
The friendliness and like the tables at the drink machines they are helpful. I love the recliner seats when watching the movie.
Managed reached out regarding issues during movie, was very helpful.
We loved the new remodel done to the concessions.
Quick and easy it's nice interface
