Went to see Hoppers here. Staff informed me I had enough points to cover my drink which was a delightful surprise. My only critic is the bathrooms need to be attended to more, some of the stalls were out of toilet paper and the floors were abit sticky

I let them know about a little issue with the lights and the manager keep in touch with me I thought they were not gonna pay attention to my concerns but they did , I loved santikos its my favorite theater.

Santikos NW 14 never disapoints. My family and I love going to the theater and enjoy the comfortable seats and clean environment. The staff are always friendly and respectful.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Easy to buy tixs online, and then very easy to check in for movie. I like the new system for snacks with cheaper prices, and refillable drinks and popcorn. Always love the reclining seats. Only way it could have been improved would be to have a little more monitoring by staff during the movie, as one family with lots of little kids sitting in first row of back section were allowing their kids to run around and be kind of loud which was disrupting during the movie. Thank you!!
