I live out of town, in Hattiesburg, MS, and we have a Grand Theater. Ours is dirty, run-down, and has actually had a small infestation of rats running around indoors. I have not been there since before 2020 because it’s been bad that long. I would happily drive to Slidell to enjoy the theater which I visited the other day.

I love the rewards program and that there is incentive to go see all the new movies in theaters. Some of the food is pretty good, and I love the drink options. Seats are comfy and I enjoy having the tray for food while I eat.
Love the reclining chairs and the space you have in the aisles now because of them.

Our students had a wonderful time watching "The Best Christmas Pageant Ever". We ended up bringing two less people that we had paid for and there were still not enough seats in the theater due to having garbage bags over multiple chairs that did not work. That would be my only complaint. Otherwise, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely visit again.
Tuesday night $5 movies & $12 unlimited video games, nothing but good times. Thank you, Santikos.

I love the environment and friendliness of the staff.
I like the grand. All the seats are great. The concession is high priced, but I have worked at a cinema, and I know that is where movie theaters make money. So it is what it is. I do with we had better benefits with the club. And the seats could use some renewing. I still like going there.
