Staff were very nice. Popcorn and soda machines are awesome! Very good idea selling blankets. Clean theater, comfy seats. Prices are great.

The ability to get my own drink and fill the popcorn myself! The ability to to fast tickets and sitting placement in the theater! Service was good!

It was easy to find AND contact employees for help on phone AND in the lobby. The screen was good size AND the seats were comfortable. I will return again because of my satisfaction with the cinema.

The whole facility was quite clean. The concessions staff were very courteous and the prices were very fair. I'll definitely come back soon.

I just love the atmosphere, friendly staff and menu variety. There's lots to love about the New Braunfels Santikos.

That the different auditoriums are clean and I can grab popcorn from the machines more than once if I need to.

Popcorn machine self service is great. Food was good quality. Recliners are very comfortable but some need new seating refurbish due to cracking.
