The staff was really friendly and it was was easy to buy tickets, check in and find my seat.
I do wish it would upgrade to the recliner seats, but the fluffy seats are still comfy.
I also LOVED that the Grand 16 decorated in honor of The Wicked release. It was an extra nice touch.
The opportunity Santikos ALWAYS gives me, is the experience of seeing current movies on Tuesday's for $4.99. If the movie isn't at Santikos OR it isn't Tuesday, I don't go.
The other part of my Santikos experience I enjoy, is the large popcorn and large drink for $5.
BTW.....the staff is very well mannered and has good people skills. That is always a feather in Santikos' hat.

Easy to get tickets from ticket agents in theater. All employees friendly and helpful

The staff was great facility updates are nice but cleanliness was a factor. It’s a nice place but it’s dirty and that makes it a bit off putting.

The Dippin Dots were phenomenal!
The newly renovated theaters & bowling alley. I also like the self serve popcorn & drink stations. The bar is nice for an adult beverage as well. And parking is never a hassle. I appreciate Military Mondays & other specials offered throughout the year.

I checked from my seat if I could mobile order but I did not find that option.
Bar was nice. Visited 2xs and the staff was fast and friendly.
I like that the restrooms are closer than Cassandra’s, but they were out of paper each time I went.
