The staff is always friendly and helpful. Any issue I may have is addressed quickly. They have a sense of humor and I love how keep it neat and clean even during busy days.
We enjoy the theater and all off the associates are great. Most of all, it’s the pay it forward to our San Antonio community Santiko does that brings us typically to enjoy going to movies here.

I love this theater and love purchasing wine there but you need to make sure your inventory of Sauvignon Blanc is always available. Either it’s very popular or the inventory is always low.
Every thing
I like the New Braunfels Santikos location specifically because it is a little smaller and usually not as crowded. I drive a little farther because i like that experience. I'm not taking away from any other Santikos theater, because they are all great!!
Theater is always clean, good sound, comfy seats, good food.

I have never had a bad experience there except for the prices. No senior prices available until after 5;00. The afternoon is when most seniors go to the movies.
I think that Santikos makes me feel like I am at home watching a movie, but on a much larger scale. I am comfortable from the moment I walk in the front doors. Everyone is very curtious, and the environment is very welcoming.

I accidentally left my wallet on the counter and didn't realize it it was missing till the next day. So I went back the following day and the manager had it safe & secure and returned it to me.
