The staff! Especially the greeters. They are very personable and get to know you, if you come often.
The recliners are awesome!!! I only wish they were in all your theatres. 👍🏼
Friendly staff, clean building and comfortable seats.
All personnel were courteous and friendly. The theater was clean. My family and I had a great experience. Thank you.
Comfortable seats, helpful staff
Good service and very nice crew members
It was okay. Sad the bar wasn’t open. The movie screen went black and didn’t start until 20 minutes after the actual movie was supposed to start.
The team was amazing and accommodating!
The cleanliness and the popcorn was nice and fresh
It was clean, pop corn and drink were pricy. I didn’t like the fact very young kids were sitting behind me at least 3 or 4. Running and screaming. At some point there needs to be an age limit during certain times.
Comfortable seats, clean theaters, good popcorn.

Good
Website is easy to navigate but I think the booking fee is too high.
Customer Care reps are awesome and super helpful.
Excellent experience nice seat and view of movie also great consumer service
The recliners were excellent! You need to make all the theatres with recliners. I get spoiled with reclinders and then sometimes i get stuck watching a movie in a regular old seat.
It was so clean and nice!
I love to go to movie.
Clean place.
The Team was very helpful. We had issue online purchasing a ticket , but they all jumped right in and resolved the issue. Will definitely go back.
Santikos is consistently a place of enjoyment in going to the movies. Love the self serve beverages and popcorn. The restrooms and facilities are usually kept clean and orderly. The recliner seats are wonderful, some can be a bit broken down or uneven to sit in. I wish there was still a cash option as we prefer to pay that way.
