Everything was great except for the first time, the seat I was sitting seemed to be so low. It was strange. My husband sat next to me and he seems so much taller.

Santikos offers me the best experience for watching a movie and the snacks are delicious! Their popcorn is very good. Their Tuesday specials are a priced affordably. Great experience overall and we highly recommend.

Military Mondays are awesome! I saw a great movie, enjoyed quality concessions, and experienced quality service for an outstanding low price. The Palladium is my go-to.

Loved Military day, the seating (wish all were reclining seats), the pop of, and this time the movie. Finally getting a few good movies for the elderly to go to.

Its a smaller theater, so its less crowded than some of the bigger ones. Self serve popcorn is a plus also.

Recently went to the Slidell Grand 16 & was very pleased with the cleanliness & comfort of the theater. I was also very impressed with the staff. When the movie started we had sound but no picture. All of the staff spent a good 30 minutes working to resolve the issue so that we could enjoy the show. They were both professional & courteous & obviously determined to make our experience a good one. Hats off to all of them!

Clean and comfortable theater. The only issue were the lights inside that stayed on during the previews & start of the movie. We went to ask them to turn them off, and they told us we could turn them off from inside the theater. Seems a staff member could do that since patrons wouldn’t know this.
