The staff were very professional and the results of their service were well beyond my expectations. The technician, Tim, arrived on time and was extremely polite and pleasant to deal with. The old worn shag carpet of my rented townhouse is beautiful now, without any residual chemical odors to endure. I couldn't ask for more. Thank you, so very much, Zerorez.

I like the fact that you clean without harmful chemicals. I also like that you don't mind coming just for a small job like throw rugs, and you do such a great job cleaning.
Carpets were a little damper then remember. But over all i love the way they feel and look after being cleaned. Good Job!

Not tell me the work for the 8-10 AM time slot usually starts at 8:30. I was planning on that because it was the owner who said so. Then the tech called at 7:53 asking if it was okay to arrive in 10-15 minutes. Not faulting the tech for being early or asking if being there a bit early is okay because I certainly wouldn't ask him to wait. But early wasn't what I was expecting and put a time crunch on the morning.
I was more than happy with my zerorez experience. You delivered beyond my expectations. I will definitely be using you in the future.

My carpets are really soft I don't have a mildew smell it smells amazing and the most important that most of the stains came up considering I have 5 kids and friends in and all day I was really suprised how clean they got them

iT'S SO HIGH QUALITY AND IS SAFER THAN MOST OTHER COMPANIES.
My carpets looked great. I had them cleaned because I had two grandchildren two years living with me for 7 months. When they moved out my carpet was filthy. I thought it would have to be replaced, but thought I would give cleaning a try first. The tech was on time, explained the process to me, gave me options and did a great Job. I would certainly use them again.

my stairs were really wet. I had to put a fan on them. the rest of the carpet dried quickly.

It is obvious that these guys know what they're doing, I've had my carpets cleaned by other companies in the past and was never really satisfied. But with zerorez they not only took care of all my trouble high traffic areas but I've always had a bit of a smell and one of my rooms it wasn't until Brandon showed up and showed me that there's been some problem areas from the previous owners pets.
Service was fast, friendly and very effecient. Carpets were dried very quickly and the results are amazing! Thank you!!

The two men that came were very friendly and professional. They did a fantastic job I had my carpet and tile done and they have never looked this good. They were really great to work with and told me that when everything was dry if I wanted them to do a touch up anywhere to let them know but it was not needed everything came out looking brand new and the cost was very reasonable. I'm very happy with it.
