Carpets look great!
I felt like the technician who was sent was professional and honest. He didn't try to convince or force me into services I didn't want or need. I appreciated that he was informative but ultimately left the final decision up to me. We had previously had our carpets cleaned by another company which left "crunchy" residue and seemed to make our carpets worse. The carpets are now completely dry and look great! Thanks!
