Very quick service but not lacking on quality. Carpet was dry completely in a few hours.
Carpets are clean, service was good, but the price was hard on the pocket book. I know of another cleaner I have used in the past that also seemed to clean really well that was less expensive. I will probably return to them next time.
The pricing is our standard pricing for this time of year and we confirm with every customer pricing before we clean so that they have the choose to clean or not to clean.

No soapy residue
Agent called early on the day of the appointment and was able to come early which we did appreciate. He explained the process and method and was very timely in completing the work. The carpets look wonderful and it was even able to clean out some of the old soap residue left from previous cleaning. I will definitely be using Zerorez again in the future.
The young man, Tim Peterson, was very courteous, professional and did an excellent job. My carpets look brand new. I will certainly call again when I have a need.

I am very impressed with ZeroRez! Tim was nice. He explained things well. Gave care tips etc. With 2 doggies I do get my carpets cleaned often. I just happened to find a coupon for ZeroRez and decided to take advantage of it. I will def be calling again. The only con was they wouldn't substitute the square footage of the bed in master for the master closet. Its the same size area. Also pet stain treatment was kinda expensive. But super happy with results and worth it!!!

Actually, it might be my carpet is very light and is 11 yrs old. That is why it never looks really clean. The service was great, but this time there was so much water used. It took a full 24 hours to dry.
It was quick, no really wet carpets and they look really good
The carpets were actually cleaned, compared to other systems we've used. We used Zeroez in our home in Draper several times in a 12 years period before we moved to the St. George area. Tim did a good job, was prompt and concerned with our wishes. Good job overall.
