Love the way you clean carpets with the least amount of chemicals.
Like that the carpets are cleaned without detergents. Brandon our cleaner was VERY professional! In fact we were so impressed with him that next time we schedule I will try to ask for him.

No residue. I've used Zerorez a number of times. Every time I use another company, I wish I had waited for Zerorez. Sometimes when I've called, you are booked and I can't get you when convenient for me so I call someone else. I'm always sorry. I also really like your service people in St. George. They are fast and friendly and very thorough. I am always given a deal and they go out of the way to please me.
The process seems to be very effective, the technicians were very professional. I am very pleased with the results of this carpet cleaning.

My carpets look great and were very dirty in some spots. The technician was great and made sure we were happy.
A better explanation of the drying process. 24 hours later my carpet is still damp. Had to stay in a hotel last night for another $105. Further, if damaged carpet cannot be cleaned then why clean it. "Maybe, sometimes", really isn't a clear picture.
Mr. Christensen left me a voice mail in response to my message and said that it did take longer then expected but that the end result was that the carpet looks great.
Friendly service that was effective and efficient. The end result was great especially because Brandon cleaned my vintage area rug and dining room chairs.The differences were day and night!

Actually I am not satisfied with the condition of the areas. I had done dog urine( which still is disco liter) and some printer ink that was two tiny spots and is now spread a lot. The rest was great and the tech told me those issues may not be completely resolved. So I wasn't completely surprised. Any thing you recommend? Name removed
Carpets return to as-new. Service tech was friendly, knew the product, and was very efficient. We've used Zerorez in the past and will continue to remain a customer. Service was wonderful.
The technician was very nice and knowledgeable. I love the Zerorez process and knowing that it is clean with no residue. We had a stain in our living room carpet from spilling a bowl of salad with olive oil on it and the stain kept coming back. Our technician used a special process on it and it appears to be completely gone. Thanks so much!
