20 year old carpets come out looking and feeling squeaky clean!
I was impressed with the professionalism of the tech that came to our house. He was very knowledgeable and eager to do what was needed to get our carpet clean. He did not disappoint. I have used your carpet service in my home and greatly liked how clean it remained for longer period of time than any other service. Your emloyee both yesterday at the church of Christ in St George and earlier a year ago was professional and hard worker. I must comment on the lack of knowledge on service costs when I inquired. I didn't get a cost quote for the 150 chairs until your emloyee arrived at the church building and then still had to call his manager for that cost. Also, I was very disappointed that each chair would cost $5.00 to clean. We are a small group and mostly elderly. I will never the less use your service in the future.

The technician, Brandon, that did the work was clear in what he was going to do, organized, asked for my feedback on the cleanliness of the dirty areas, was thorough and on time, and friendly.

The carpet got very clean and the work was done quickly and courteously.
Further training for your new person scheduling appointments and your call center is terrible. They claimed they called to confirm the appointment but they lady scheduling my appointment put in a wrong digit for my phone number and also put in the wrong time. The call center claimed they confirmed but there was no way that they were able to get a hold of me. It was only through the wonderful tech that came to do my carpets that we were able to figure out how to get my carpets done the same day.

I have used many carpet services over the years, but I must say that Zerorez is the best, by far.
Our carpet is about five years old but it now feels better than it did when it was new.
I was amazed at how well the Zerorez process brought new life back to the stairs and traffic areas.
I will recommend Zerorez to all of my friends and associates.

Brandon was very pleasant and did a wonderful job. There were a few spots I was not sure would clean up but they did.
No Chemical smell carpet it stiff after it dried
I made my appt for 8-10 time slot, it was confirmed the Saturday before the appointment also 8-10. At 10:10 I called to see where the technician was & was told I was down for 10-12. I was offered a discount, but with only 1 room & hallway it was still expensive. Technician arrived at 12:00 & was very polite & helpful. But after waiting 4 hours for him to get there & honestly, the carpet looks just like before the cleaning, I will probably not use zero Rez again. The staff was all very polite & the technician was very nice as well.
My carpet looked like new
Well I was told that the carpets would be dry in 4-6 hours, in the heavy traffic areas maybe 8. Here it is 30 hours later and my carpets are still wet!

I have been amazed at your ability to get out pet odor. I have never found anyone or anything that could completely get the odor out until Brandon cleaned some old pet spots for me. He is a great representative for your company. I honestly tell everyone about Zerorez.
