While unintended, your arrival at about 8:15 with equipment that was very loud upset at least three of my neighbors. In the future I suggest that when you get business in Sun River you schedule the time sometime in the afternoon and,if possible, do something to lower both the intensity and sound frequency of your equipment. Otherwise, the actual service was good.
Didn't like the raked look of the carpet and the stiff feel of it. It didn't look as clean as the last carpet cleaning.

I could not believe how great my carpets looked after the Zerorez cleaning. Our 6 year old carpet looks literally new. Tim Peterson was polite, conscientious, and really worked hard to make sure the job was done right.

I really like the fact that no soaps are used in the cleaning process. Our carpets looked and felt kike new. The service man was very informative and polite. After using Zerorez, I wouldn't use another cleaner.
